Had the pleasure of getting getting to read an ARC of Ashley Rayne’s newest book. And after several heavy, angsty reads, this book was just what I needed. It’s got Insta-lust, heat for days, age gap, boss/employee. Elias is a sassy little firecracker who has been crushing on his boss since they met. Alexander is a workaholic who has spent so much time building his company that he hasn’t made time for much else. But, he definitely makes time to lust over his assistant. Both of them are pulled towards each other, and Ashley has perfectly illustrated that magnetism. The book is a quick, fun read. I loved the banter between the two MCs and the way they both are floundering their way through figuring out things between them. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a short but spicy, learning-to-love HEA. And can’t wait for Marcus’s story too.
