It took a long time for me to consider myself a writer. I still struggle with saying it. I started writing at a young age to work through feelings I didn’t dare tell anyone. I learned that once you start writing, it becomes a part of you. It’s something you always go back to whenever you are overwhelmed with certain emotions. People don’t always listen to your words, but the paper always listens to the pen.
Pillbox Emotions
Every emotion, store bought, filling up my pillbox as I swallow them down and fake that they're mine. Breath_words© 2/2015 (picture via Google images)

Unrequited
We write long poems, songs and stories over how our heart hurts for the one who doesn't love us back. Yet, so few exist to describe the ache that comes with being unable to give the love that's deserved to someone we wish we could. Breath_words© 11/5/15 *photo...
